1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

By accessing, browsing, or using the AutoAura website, mobile application, or any related services (“Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).<\/p>

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.<\/p>

Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms on their behalf before using AutoAura.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Account Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

To access certain features of AutoAura, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.<\/p>

You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension. Each user may maintain only one account; multiple accounts created for abuse or manipulation are prohibited.<\/p>

All content, features, and functionality on the AutoAura platform \u2014 including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software \u2014 are the exclusive property of AutoAura and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p>

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include any rights to resell or make commercial use of our platform or its contents.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

AutoAura is not responsible for any vehicle damage, service delays, or losses arising from third-party service providers listed or connected through our platform.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
