About
We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their IT needs, develop strategic technology solutions, and oversee the implementation of tailored IT services. As a key advisor, you will leverage your technical expertise & business insights to optimize our clients’ IT operations and support their growth goals.
Responsibilities
Client Assessment & Strategy Development
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ existing IT infrastructure and business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges & opportunities, and develop a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with their objectives.
Solution Design & Implementation
Design custom IT solutions that may include cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, data management, and system integrations. Oversee implementation process to ensure solutions are delivered on time within budget, Quality standards.
Project Management
Manage IT projects from planning to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and reporting progress to clients. Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Technical Support & Optimization
Provide ongoing support to clients, monitoring system performance, and recommending enhancements as their business evolves. Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshooting.
Training & Documentation
Train clients’ internal teams on new systems and solutions, creating user-friendly documentation to assist with long-term maintenance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or a similar role with proven expertise in strategic IT planning, project management, and technical troubleshooting.
Skills
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms cybersecurity protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and client relationship management
